1. Delivery

1.a Delivery periods quoted at the time of ordering and/or displayed in the website are approximate only and may vary.
1.b When delivery is done by participating restaurant, Then they will responsible for the timely manner processing.
1.c We will take great care that the delivery is done on time and strive to offer the best service but a lack of delivery options from the restaurant’s side at the time of order will not be our responsibility.
1.d All risk in goods and food delivery shall pass to you upon delivery.
1.e We take complaints very seriously and you can also address to us through mail, contacts provided in the website.


2. Refunds

2.a The Refund will only be initiated when you pre-paid for your order at the time of booking/order and if it meet the point of cancellation policy.
2.b The Refund circumstances will be consider if :
i) Your package will be damaged at the time of delivery.
ii) We cancelling order due to :
a) Unable to reach your delivery location.
b) Failure to contact you by email and/or call.
c) Due to unavailability of the items you ordered.

Our decision on delivery & refunds shall be at our sole discretion and shall be final.
